Yes. Hazardous materials include fuels, lithium batteries, fertilizer, paints, aerosols, pesticides, gas bottles, motor oil, batteries, and acids. Anything that is flammable or potentially explosive, anything that has a flammable logo. Any perishable food products, this includes dry substance like tea, pasta, flours etc or pot plants.

No, we don’t have any refrigerated or temperature controlled units.
We unfortunately cannot offer insurance for the contents of your unit, we can however pass on details for Self-storage Insurance Brokers. We suggest that you check with your current insurance provider first to see if they offer cover under your policy.
Yes, we have a minimal 1-month storage then it will roll on month by month until you move out. Any storage paid in advance will be refunded after you remove your belongings.
